Capsis produces organic vegetables, herbs, fruit and flowers at 3 greenhouses covering a total area of 25 acres, inside and outside the resort. The goods, which are listed below, are produced especially for the resort and cover approximately 80% of its needs:

  • Herbs, flowers, and vegetables (4 types of tomatoes, celery, parsley, mint, dill, and green onions)
  • Oranges and lemons (250 orange trees and 250 lemon trees)
  • Pomegranates (45 pomegranate trees
  • Grapes (1,000 vines with 3 grape varieties)
  • Figs (1/2 ton per year)
  • Lettuce (3 types of lettuce)
  • Broad beans
  • Melons
  • Watermelons
  • White Greek pigeons
  • Corn
  • Strawberries
  • Potatoes
  • 3 types of zucchini
  • 2 types of eggplant
  • Dill
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary
  • Oregano
  • Marjorami
  • Olives and olive oil (700 olive trees for the production of olive oil and 80 for the production of olives)
  • Honey (25 honey houses)
  • Raki
  • 3 types of zucchini
  • Milk (30 ml of milk per day)

  • Pigs (40 Vietnamese pigs)
  • Goats and lambs (20 goats and lambs)
