Capsis produces organic vegetables, herbs, fruit and flowers at 3 greenhouses covering a total area of 25 acres, inside and outside the resort. The goods, which are listed below, are produced especially for the resort and cover approximately 80% of its needs:
- Herbs, flowers, and vegetables (4 types of tomatoes, celery, parsley, mint, dill, and green onions)
- Oranges and lemons (250 orange trees and 250 lemon trees)
- Pomegranates (45 pomegranate trees
- Grapes (1,000 vines with 3 grape varieties)
- Figs (1/2 ton per year)
- Lettuce (3 types of lettuce)
- Broad beans
- Melons
- Watermelons
- White Greek pigeons
- Corn
- Strawberries
- Potatoes
- 3 types of zucchini
- 2 types of eggplant
- Dill
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Oregano
- Marjorami
- Olives and olive oil (700 olive trees for the production of olive oil and 80 for the production of olives)
- Honey (25 honey houses)
- Raki
- 3 types of zucchini
- Milk (30 ml of milk per day)
- Rabbits (150 rabbits)
- Pigs (40 Vietnamese pigs)
- Goats and lambs (20 goats and lambs)
