OUT OF THE BLUE, Capsis Elite Resort is surrounded by beautiful gardens with a unique range of plants, flowers, fruit trees, herbs and vegetables cultivated in 3 different greenhouses. Moreover, no fertilizers are used in these biological cultivations which provide an almost self-sufficient hotel production of fruit & vegetables.
Flower Decorations:
- As décor in the hotel areas: all the flowers used as decoration in all the hotel areas, are produced by us organically in the botanical gardens of our property and our greenhouses
- As décor for food: all the edible flowers used as decoration for the plated of our a la carte restaurants are produced by us organically in the botanical gardens of our property and our greenhouses
Vegetables: all the vegetables used in our a la carte restaurants are produced organically in our greenhouses
Herbs: all the herbs used in our a la carte restaurants are produced organically in our greenhouses and gardens
Fruits: some special types of fruits used in our a la carte restaurants are produced organically in our gardens
In this hotel we offer the following kinds of F&B options:

We use two kinds of products: the products that we purchase and the products that we produce by ourselves
- The products that we purchase are always local and chosen by our chef who checks personally with the suppliers. All the vegetables are fresh and of the best quality and the fishes are consumed every day carried by our fisher
- The products that we produce at our own greenhouses and gardens, which are organically grown without fertilizers by assuring the best of quality. Almost self-sufficient hotel production of fruit & vegetables.
